上海でfib技術評議会開催

9月19日及び20日の両日、上海の同済大学でfib（国際構造コンクリート連合）の技術評議会が開催されました。堺は、最高幹部会メンバー及び日本代表として出席しました。fibは、これまで委員会再構築について議論してきましたが、2015年からそれらがスタートします。堺が8年間委員長を務めていたcommission 3（設計と施工の環境側面）と現在委員長のSAG 8（fibサステイナビリティ計画）は統合されて、commission 7（サステイナビリティ）となります。委員長は、長い間副委員長を務め、JSIの客員研究員であるチェコ工科大学（プラハ）のPetr Hajek教授が、また副委員長はJSIの客員研究員である野口貴文東京大学教授が就任します。

fib Technical Council held in Shanghai

The fib Technical Council was held at Tongji University, China, on September 19 and 20, 2014. Sakai participated in the meeting as the Presidium member and head of Japanese delegates. Fib has discussed the restructuring of commissions and SAGs. The new structure will start from 2015. The commission 3 (Environmental aspects of design and construction), which had been chaired by Sakai for 8 years, and SAG 8 (fib sustainability initiative), which Sakai is currently chairing, will be merged as commission 7 (Sustainability). Prof. Petr Hajek,Czech Technical University in Prague, and Prof. Takafumi Noguchi, The University of Tokyo, will take up the chair and deputy-chair, respectively. Both are the invited research fellow of JSI.
