堺JSI代表、バンコク訪問

堺JSI代表は、バンコクを訪問し、11月26日〜28日に以下の活動を行いました。
　11月26日に、特別教授を務めるモンクット王工科大学バンコク校 (KMUTNB)を訪問し、Piti Sukontasukkul教授グループの大学院生の研究発表会に出席し、研究内容についてサステイナビリティの観点からアドバイスしました。Piti Sukontasukkul教授はJSIの客員研究員です。
　11月27日に、タイコンクリート学会(TCA)から招待されて、「The Engineer 2014 Expo」で講演を行いました。講演タイトルは「ISO Standardization for more sustainable concrete and concrete structures」でした。
　11月28日に、タイのコンクリート関連技術者11名と、タイにおけるサステイナビリティの推進に関する会議をNaresuan Universityのバンコクオフィスで行いました。"タイコンクリートサステイナビリティフォーラム"を設置することで合意しました。

Sakai JSI Rep. Visited Bangkok

Sakai, JSI Rep., visited Bangkok and conducted the following activities during Nov. 26 and 28:
On Nov. 26, he visited King Monkut's University of Technology North Bankok, in which he is a special professor, participaed in the research presentation meeting of graduate students that Prof. Piti Sukontasukkul group is supervising and gave advices from the sustainability's point of view. Prof. Piti Sukontasukkul is a JSI guest research fellow.
On Nov.27, he gave a lecture in "The Engineer 2014 Expo" by the invitation from Thailand Concrete Association (TCA). The title of the lecture was "ISO Standardization for more sustainable concrete and concrete structures."
On Nov. 28, he had a meeting for the promotion of sustainability in Thailand with 11 concrete-related industries' engineers at the Bangkok branch office of Naresuan University. It was agreed to found "Thailand Concrete Sustainability Forum."
